Maïkan Aventure have been established in 1987 by a group of people who were convicted of the great importance of outdoors activities. Then, they decided to create the perfect conditions to allow as many people as possible to enjoy these activities, no matter if they are beginners or experts. 

All the experience acquired by that group and by their employees, notably in camping, water sports, climbing, hiking, high mountain trekking, snowshoeing, cross-country skiing and telemark, makes them to be leaders in outdoors all throughout Quebec.

Maïkan Aventure offers, not only a surprising variety of outdoors products in the boutique, but also equipment renting services, initiation lessons or advanced trainings with competent and certified guides for all kind of packages concerning these activities.

Located on the banks of the St. Maurice river, in Trois-Rivières, Maïkan Aventure is a wonderful location to confirm interests or choices of activities as kayak, canoe or rabaska rides, among others. The site also offers an access to water for non-motorized crafts and a cross-country skiing track approximately 2,5 km long.

During winter, Maïkan Aventure builds an artificial ice-climbing structure counting among the most importants in Quebec.
